Welcome to Morocco Travel Bliss. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website moroccotravelbliss.com and the booking of tours and travel services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
“Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Morocco Travel Bliss.
“You”, “your”, or “client” refers to the person booking our services.
“Tour(s)”, “service(s)”, refers to travel packages, transport, accommodation, and any add-ons provided by us.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized travel agents.
A deposit (if specified) is required to secure your booking; the remaining balance must be paid by the due date provided in the confirmation.
Until full payment is received, the tour remains provisional and may be subject to availability.
Once payment is complete and we send you a booking confirmation, a contract is established between you and Morocco Travel Bliss.
Payment, Prices, and Currency
Tour prices are quoted in USD (or as otherwise specified) and include services listed on the tour itinerary.
Prices exclude items such as flights to/from Morocco, visa fees, personal insurance, optional excursions, and tips unless explicitly listed.
We reserve the right to adjust tour prices in case of currency fluctuations, fuel cost increases, or third-party service changes. You will be notified of any changes prior to final payment.
Payments must be made using the payment methods outlined in your booking confirmation.
Changes and Cancellations by Clients
If you wish to change your booking (dates, number of travellers, itinerary), you must inform us in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellation by client:
More than 30 days before departure: full refund of deposit (unless otherwise stated).
days before departure: 50% refund of total tour price.
Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund.
Refunds will be processed in the same method as your original payment and may take up to 14 days.
Changes and Cancellation by Agency
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour due to events beyond our control (force majeure, political unrest, weather, etc.).
In such cases, you will either be offered an alternative tour or a full refund of amounts already paid, excluding flights and other non-refundable items.
Our liability is limited to the services provided by us and does not cover direct or indirect losses unless caused by gross negligence.
Travel Documents, Visa & Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure your valid passport, necessary visas, and travel insurance before departure.
Morocco Travel Bliss cannot be held liable for denied entry due to incorrect documentation.
Some destinations may require vaccinations or other health conditions; check in advance.
Liability and Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, and evacuation.
Morocco Travel Bliss acts only as an intermediary service provider; we cannot be held responsible for personal injury, changes in schedule, or decisions made by third parties (hotels, drivers, guides).
If found liable, our maximum liability is the tour cost paid by you.
Photography & Media
We may request permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify your guide.
Any photographs or recordings you share may be used by Morocco Travel Bliss for marketing unless explicitly restricted in writing.
Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By booking a tour with us, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert appropriate Moroccan jurisdiction/city].
Amendments
